Joseph Smith did - so to speak - when he argued with the Lord to let him lend the 116 pages of the Book of Mormon manuscript to Martin Harris. We all know the result of his "winning" that argument. :(
ReplyDeleteI learned early in life that winning an argument didn't make me feel any better. I still had the remains of my having to be right within my being. One spends to much time trying to find all the reasons they are right instead of simply letting it go and showing love to the other individual. Love is so much easier to handle than having to be right and win the argument.
